We, Butec Property Management, are committed to the highest standards of environmental and facilities management, guided by the principles set forth in ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 41001:2018 (Facility Management Systems).
We recognize the importance of minimizing our environmental footprint and ensuring the effective management of our facilities to promote sustainability, compliance, and continual improvement. On one hand, we believe it is incumbent upon us to reach a higher standard of environmental excellence and “walk the walk” towards a more sustainable future.
On the other, we will establish and maintain a systematic approach to managing our facilities to ensure their optimum performance, efficiency, and safety.
The three pillars of our Environmental and Facility Policy are compliance, prevention and continual improvement.

We will comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and other requirements applicable to our operations to ensure their optimum performance, efficiency and safety. bpm will strive to optimize the use of resources, including energy and water, and minimize waste generation. This includes a commitment to the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.
All employees, contractors and stakeholders are responsible for adhering to and promoting the principles outlined in this policy. The management team will provide the necessary resources and support to implement and maintain these management systems.
bpm commits to achieving measurable milestones within a set timeframe to track and enhance environmental and facility management performance.
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its ongoing suitability and effectiveness, reflecting changes in our operations, the business environment, and the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 41001.
